ABOUT TYLER LOGRIPPO

Excited to begin my new role at Enovis working through international tax and global planning initiatives. My last role was at VF Corp focusing on M&A, International tax, tax controversy, and strategic planning. I started my time here with the acquisition and integration of Supreme. Throughout the years I\'ve worked on IP planning, carveouts, various treasury planning initiatives, and tax controversy. I\'ve built complex models, designed and written up support for both audits and tax court appeals. I started my career at PwC as an International Tax/M&A Consultant, working on a combination of inbound and outbound clients. This included tax treaty analysis, integrated global structuring, corporate reorganizations, and inter-company financing. Focus shifted to US / EU tax reform, and the ever evolving tax/legal policy around the world gave me an opportunity to thrive and develop entirely new strategies for our clients. I spent time debating tax technical from a U.S. perspective with my colleagues in D.C, along with discussing tax / legal issues with colleagues all around the globe. In the past, I worked for Houghton International where I was involved with both Corporate Tax, SALT, and customer relations. I was asked to complete multiple internship rotations at Houghton, and it was there that I developed a passion for tax planning and process management. I use analytical methodologies to solve problems every day, and although my background is mostly related to tax, I excel in a multitude of areas, always thinking with a business mindset. I pride myself in being a well rounded individual, and believe that I have developed a unique perspective due to my wide range of interests.
