ABOUT TYLER CALDWELL
Tyler Caldwell is the Director of Operations for Missile Systems and the Huntsville Site. In this capacity, Tyler serves Alabama teammates shaping the future of U.S. and allied defense systems such as Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC)-3 and Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD). Tyler transitioned from Mesa, Arizona as interim Director of Manufacturing at the Electrical Center of Excellence (ECoE), a premier fabrication capability for Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Previous roles included Senior Manufacturing Management at multiple levels, Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Attack Helicopters, and Financial Operations Manager in Boeing Global Services. Tyler paved his path to leadership through a variety of challenging Finance assignments, building intimate knowledge of long-range business planning, financial forecasting, Estimate at Complete development, Earned Value Management, and customer surveillance. He is a graduate of the Boeing Leadership NeXt (LX) Program and Finance Business Skills Rotation Program (BSRP). Tyler earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from the University of Dubuque and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Aviation experience outside of Boeing includes instrument pilot certification, aircraft ramp services, fleet management, charter sales, and marketing.
