Dear Sir/MadamI am Turgut ERASLAN and I have been a member of Melitene, an organic agriculture company based in Turkey, as the Finance and Accounting Responsible since 2020. I would like to believe that i contributed greatly in our company’s significant rise to success in a short time since its establishment. We established a network of clientele from countries like Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Finland who recognize our company’s quality in management and final product.Throughout my journey I have continuously developed my skills in crucial aspects of business management. My responsibilities included recruiting and supervising personnel managing resources implementing cost saving initiatives, devising sales and marketing strategies preparing year end financial analysis reports conducting stock analysis ensuring occupational health and safety measures were in place handling export transactions and importantly maintaining high quality standards that are essential for any business to thrive. Our company is located in Ortaca/Muğla region. It stands out as the only enterprise in the area exporting its products to the European market. I actively took part in preparing quality certification documents that comply with standards such as GLOBAL GAP, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. These efforts were successfully completed through collaboration, with AGRICERT. Europes leading certification body based in Portugal. These experiences have greatly enriched my knowledge and expertise.Additionally, I possess practical skills, including operating work vehicles such as tractors and excavators, and a profound understanding of pomegranate tree cultivation techniques, including pruning and the judicious application of pesticides at appropriate times. I am now eager to continue my professional journey in Europe, as I perceive it as a place where I can further advance my expertise within the agricultural sector.I firmly believe that one\'s commitment to their workplace, treating it as their own business, is the key to both personal growth and contributing positively to the country they work in.
