Have been hired as a Borrow Pit Superintendent for Earthworks Activities, leading Slope Protection and Borrow Pit Operations.Project includes 34 bridges, 34 overpasses, 24 underpasses, over 21 million m³ excavation, over 17 million m³ earth fill, m³ concrete, 2.2 million m³ subbase & subgrade, 1.1 million tons asphalt, over m of anchors and 320 km guardrail.Responsibilities-Managing Borrow Pits, including blasting operations-Organizing necessary equipment and personnel for Slope Protection and Blasting Operations-Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the blastings-Ensured compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines-Coordinated with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects-Implementing slope protection measures to prevent landslides-Supervising the installation of retaining walls, geotextiles, and other slope stabilization structures-Coordinating with geotechnical engineers to develop effective slope protection plans-Addressing and resolving issues related to slope stability and protection measures.
