I am a high-accomplished learning and development expert with history of developing/executing turnaround strategies aimed at driving quantum leap performances at individual and team levels (2K-3K) for several world-renowned airlines (British Airways, Etihad Airways, Wilson James Ltd, and ABM Aviation Ltd). My track record of success includes, developing 2K+ pilots’ and cabin crew skillset, generating $668.5M in sales, accomplishing an average of $1.8M in cost savings/month, and communicating consistent brand messaging to crew globally. Over the years, I have been involved in steering human capital growth initiatives on development of cabin crew, pilots, loadmasters, and 3rd airlines operators to improve employee engagement, transform organisational culture, boost team performances.
