   The primary function of the Northeast Field Service Manager is the oversight of a team of 14 technicians from Ohio, East and from Virginia, North. Also including management of Eastern Canada. In addition to managing the technical team, the FSM partners with the Regional Sales Manager to understand the commercial strategy and to ensure successful execution in the region. The FSM serves as an escalation point to address customer issues, scheduling conflicts and personnel issues. The FSM collaborates daily with the different parts of the business, including sales, operations, engineering, customer and counterparts in other regions. The FSM helps maintain/improve overall customer satisfaction by supervising and leading a regional service team. Key areas of focus; lead technical staff with a primary focus on delivering value to customers, review/manage team schedules, part usage, work order accuracy and time management. This position also manages and oversees large installations. As well as provide day to day leadership direction and prioritize the field service teams daily activities.
