    Responsible for creating and implementing a strategic community presence throughout the banks defined footprint and promoting a culture of community engagement. I spearheaded the implementation and successful delivery of a comprehensive, multi-faceted CSR program including corporate philanthropic initiatives and engagements, community partnerships and sustainability. Responsible for sourcing and vetting organizations who apply for a grant through the Corporate Giving Program. I developed and executed a strategy to align Corporate Giving Program with outlined ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) initiatives and process and manage grant support to more than 300 unique organizations each year. I have helped drive the Bank’s philanthropic efforts and social impact under the Bank’s CRA and Community Benefit plan while assisting the CRA Officer in fulfilling the data collection and reporting requirements related to the Investment and Service activities of the Bank. Create, implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities. This includes managing volunteer placement for more than 1,500 employees in various states/regions. Work closely with Marketing Department to develop internal and external communication including social media content. Identify and assist in coordinating efforts for the Annual Report to highlight nonprofits who exemplify our focus Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)/Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) initiatives. Serve as an administrator for internal database (Kadince) used to track and monitor service activities, sponsorships and donations.
