ABOUT TREVOR S.

Trevor started in Banking on the 8th June 1985, working in his home town of Whittlesey, having joined straight from school. For the first 23 years of his career he worked for Barclays Bank Plc. He worked through all the back office roles, moving into front office roles, even having a spell working in debt recovery. He gained his first managerial role in 2001, being the Local Business Manager in Downham Market. In 2002, Trevor moved to the market town of Huntingdon, still dealing with Local Business Customers, but in the Huntingdonshire area. This is where he has remained, although in May 2008, moved to the National Westminster Bank. After an initial induction, which took Trevor out of the area for a short period, Trevor returned in September 2008 as the Senior Business Manager in Huntingdonshire. He remains here to date. During his time in Huntingdonshire, Trevor has endeavoured to support the local community. Indeed Trevor has acted as mentor for 4 local businesses that have successfully gained loans from the Princes Trust, and also formed part of the panel that sat to agree funding on a monthly basis. Since June 2012 Trevor has been the area\'s specialist for Real Estate Finance, a newly created role in Business Banking, which ideally suits Trevor with his father, brother and a brother in law being in the building game. In January 2014, Trevor finally left the Huntingdonshire area which he had worked in for the past fourteen years to take up an exciting new opportunity working as a Commercial Relationship Manager for the Clydesdale Bank covering the Norfolk and Suffolk area.
