ABOUT TRAVIS RAYNAUD
Hi! I’m the Career Readiness Advisor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for the Orfalea College of Business, where I get to do what I love every day: help students build confidence, find direction, and take real steps toward careers they’re genuinely excited about. My role includes career advising for graduate and undergraduate students, teaching professional communication and career prep courses, overseeing the OCOB Alumni Mentoring Program, and serving as the advisor for our OCOB Ambassadors.I’ve worked with OCOB students for 8+ years, and I’m continually impressed by their talent, drive, and potential. Whether it’s helping a student land an internship, prep for an interview, negotiate an offer, or finally stop saying “I don’t have any experience” while actively leading three campus organizations, I love being part of the process.I’m lucky to work with some of the best students around, and I genuinely believe career development should feel empowering, not overwhelming (even if LinkedIn makes that difficult sometimes).
