With 15+ years\' experience leading project and program management efforts in high-exposure industries and non-profit organizations, such as finance, media, healthcare, and education, the everyday is RARELY mundane—just the way I like it. But there’s method to the madness.(I like that, too.) Herding cats is a little bit art and a little bit science. Forging strategic partnerships and balancing multiple stakeholder groups, I effectively drive communication, synthesize project, program, and operations management efforts, and establish or improve best practices along the way.
