ABOUT TRACEY ROOSCHUZ

I have a decade of experience in the FinTech sector, mostly supporting business solution software and analysing business operations. I help the business and development teams manage and implement change and aim to utilise my strong prioritisation skills and analytical ability to achieve the goals of the project. Being in a Business Analyst/ Project management role allows me to work across various teams and working together to bring the project from start to finish. I used to work as a member of a mobile development team in Belfast handling all quality assurance for a variety of iOS, Android and desktop responsive applications. Back in early 2012 when I started – CME Group was just beginning to expand their mobile presence with a dedicated mobile development team. The team\'s task is to not only develop native mobile applications – but to also build, evangelise and assist other development teams within CME Group on mobile best practices and testing strategies. I worked with my manager to build out a mobile lab. We analysed existing analytical data to determine the most common device types, operating systems and screen resolutions of our existing user base to determine what devices to add to the Mobile lab. I am also a certified ScrumMaster and lead our mobile agile teams as well as helping other agile and non-agile teams within CME transform their mobile testing practices to become more efficient. I was also a finalist for Women in Business NI 2013
