ABOUT TOR MAGNUS CASTBERG
Technical manager with more than twenty years of experience as a computer professional.Loves building strong technical teams, encouraging a good working environment and helping people achieve their potential. Having a strong technical background in building, automating and managing plattforms, managing teams doing this has been a fantastic experience. By leveraging this experience to plan long term infrastructure and development environment strategy and architecture and then assembling and enabling the best team possible to realize it I have been able to build a plattform that has been cited in several case studies and put me on panels in conferences.Using my experience I have developed deep and lasting relationships with vendors, dealing with negotiation and making sure we get the best deal we can.
