ABOUT TOR JOMAR NORDHAGEN
Now: Founder and CEO of IDENTITRUST.net, providing management consultancy services to large and medium sized organisations, building trust and efficiency in digitisation Past: Co-founder and Executive Director of Semaphore Norway - in Deloitte Australia, responsible for Identity Management.Partner in Accenture, responsible for Accentures global relationship (project \"Mammoth\") with Sun Microsystems, until the acquisition of Sun by Oracle. Founder and leader of Accentures Security teams in Norway, Nordics, Australia and Asia Pacific. Some more details: I discovered Security as an Army Signals Officer when serving national service in Lillehammer, Norway 19••••86. Found a deeper interest as a student at the Norwegian Institute of Technology, Trondheim, and was offered to complete my Master thesis as a Research Exchange fellow at UoNSW 19••••93. After completing my thesis, Accenture (then Andersen Consulting) offered me a position after serving as an intern June-August 1992. I started the Accenture Nordic Security team in with ALTINN (all of Government authentication and document automation) and Meridea (mobile banking) as landmark architecture solutions that still have relevance. Through an Identity Management engagement at an Australian bank in 20••••04, I took the lead role for the Australian Security practice and subsequently APAC Security lead 20••••08.In 20••••11 I had to return to Norway for family reasons, and helped architect the next round of ALTINN and helped public and private businesses use Identity & Access Management as an important and cohesive element in digitising their businesses, and expand usage of mobile devices in the enterprise. In 2011 returned to Australia to help establish the NBN. This was (and is!) a wonderful experience of a national initiative, to make a nation more productive through information technology infrastructure.
