I am a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, a national law firm with offices in 26 states. I am a member of the Medical Malpractice Department where we advise and defend doctors, dentists, nurses, and many types of medical treatment facilities in various types of litigation. I began my legal career as a prosecutor, and conducted more than 50 trials including 13 felony jury trials. I left criminal law and I have now been a civil litigator for over a decade. In 2013, I was humbled to be included in the Phoenix Business Journal\'s 2013 Forty Under 40 class of business and community leaders. I have also worked defending clients in various industries including healthcare, personal injury, and employment.
