ABOUT MEGAN COOK

Megan defends clients ranging from small local businesses to large national corporations in a variety of litigation in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. She is an experienced litigator in the following areas: personal and catastrophic injury and wrongful death, products liability, construction defect, premise liability, UM/UIM, trucking, professional malpractice, asbestos, eminent domain, and business litigation. She focuses each client\'s defense to fit their needs to reach a favorable resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible. Outside the office Megan is constantly entertained by her two young daughters, husband and yellow lab. She takes advantage of living in Portlandia by enjoying good coffee, delicious food and gorgeous vistas from a campground, hiking trail, bicycle or ski slope.
