Led multi-year core banking transformation to enable Green Dot as a card issuer with multi-million dollar savings in operating cost, and replaced legacy BaaS with a cloud-native SaaS platform scaled to grow Green Dot’s B2B and B2C channels. Developed an overarching engineering and operational strategy and improved platform stability to meet reliability, performance, and scalability SLAs. Reduced cloud spend through FinOps adoption, cloud data center consolidation, and shifting to cloud native services. Established KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks to continuously measure and improve technology team’s effectiveness and adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
