In my role as the Principal Procurement Manager, I am responsible for managing the planning, sourcing and contracting phase for end-to-end procurement processes. Such processes ensure value for money is realised, contracts are delivered and intended outcomes are met whilst risks are appropriately managed across Renewal SA. Within my role, I am the Lead Procurement Officer (LPO) for the Property and Major Projects Portfolio within Renewal SA. Such projects include Lot Fourteen, Tonsley Innovation District and Thebarton/Southwark (Former West End Brewery) site.As the LPO I am responsible for end-to-end procurement process which includes developing market research documents, acquisition plans, tender documents, conducting evaluations, purchase recommendations, negotiations and contract formation whilst ensuring compliance with Renewal SA and SA Public Sector policy.
