As the primary Operations Procurement Lead for packaging materials, I am responsible for ensuring operational continuity, supplier performance, and sustainable growth across all internal manufacturing sites, external packaging partners, and co-packers in India. I specialize in managing high-impact procurement operations where cost optimization, sustainability leadership, and risk management intersect. Acting as the sole point of escalation for packaging operations, I work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive resilience, compliance, and uninterrupted business operations. My work is centered on achieving critical KPIs — delivering annual sustainability goals (including Virgin Plastic Reduction initiatives), ensuring vendor compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing agile supply chain strategies such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). I am passionate about transforming procurement into a strategic enabler — one that integrates innovation, sustainability, and collaboration to support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
