Established salesforce covering 5 western states.Formed credit card department at the bank and launched business card and commercial card programs and negotiated the sale of small consumer card portfolio acquired through bank acquisition.In conjunction with other leaders, developed and implemented a small business program providing training on solutions and fee income product sales to front line bankers.
