Resolved 90% of service tickets for local employees the same day. State Farm replaces computers and printers every 3 years making equipment upgrades a continuous, non-stop project. Coordinated this upgrading project for 3 consecutive years including paperwork and inventory requirements. Upgrades accomplished on time and within deadline set by corporate. Provided 2nd level enterprise support to ~ employees with Blackberry® smartphones that changed to Android and Apple smartphones.
