ABOUT TONY SEMENZA

I have been performing TI\'s for all of my 38 years experience in the construction industry and love the challenge of very detailed high end projects and working closely with both tenants and property managers in occupied environments.I began my journey as a Union Apprentice Carpenter. I progressed through the ranks in the subcontractor side of things from journeyman to field superintendent. I then stepped into the ring as a superintendent in the General Contractor Arena and progressed to both Senior and General Field Superintendent at Jokake Construction Services.Some of my key projects have been as Senior Superintendent for Jokake at the DMB corporate offices and the current Jokake corporate headquarters. As a PM for Graycor the Southland Industries TI, INEIGHT Headquarters, Cerulean Live Progressive Athletic Training and Wellness, Stitch Fix Distribution Center TI are key projects.In my tenure at SAB I have collaborated with JLL on some great projects such as Connexta, Eide Baily, UPGRADE, REDW, Custard Insurance Adjusters and Integrate which we were awarded the NAIOP award for Best TI under 30k square feet. I was Senior Project Manager for Tenant Improvements at Nitti Builders Interiors, LLC. I estimated the project, award subcontractors and manage the project through closeout. I want to deliver a space to our client that exceeds their expectations in every way.
