As a Senior Associate and Manager of STV’s Construction Management and Construction Inspection group in Pennsylvania, I lead a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the region. With more than 30 years of experience in construction services, I manage operations, drive business development, and provide leadership across a range of services including construction management, schedule and constructability reviews, and change order oversight, from design phase through active construction.My career has spanned both regional and national firms, including past leadership roles as Associate Vice President and Executive Vice President of Construction Services. I\'ve led teams delivering complex transportation projects for key public-sector clients such as PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC), and DelDOT, as well as for county and municipal agencies across Pennsylvania and Delaware. My experience includes oversight of large inspection and management contracts, team development, and strategic partnerships with engineering firms and client stakeholders.I’m proud of the strong, long-standing relationships I’ve built with clients and collaborators, grounded in trust, performance, and a shared commitment to excellence. These relationships have fueled consistent growth and impact for the organizations I’ve served.Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about education and historic preservation. I’ve served on several nonprofit boards, including nine years on the Board of Trustees at Montgomery School (five years as Chair) and nine years with The Mill at Anselma, a National Historic Landmark.
