My professional background is in consulting, where I spent over 10 years managing programs across the technology, insurance, nonprofit, and retail industries. After 4 years specializing in work with quick-service restaurants on ERP and HRIS implementations, digital experience strategy, equipment program management, Agile coaching for digital transformation, and in-store testing optimization, I joined Taco Bell\'s awesome Restaurant Evolution team. I am now a leader on a cross-functional innovation team, testing new store programs and initiatives with a focus on order accuracy and fulfillment. Our team tackles accuracy from all angles, considering everything from technology to training. I may not be able to share exactly what we\'re working on, but please know I spend my days dreaming about how to make your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late night snack as perfectly as you ordered it.
