I was 22. I didn\'t fully understand what GDPR meant yet - but I was on the phone every day with CCOs and compliance leaders who were unsure of what they didn\'t know. I learned something fast: the scariest thing in risk management isn\'t the regulation, It\'s the feeling that something important is being overlooked.After OneTrust, I went into recruiting. Recruiting is pure discovery. You\'re matching a need on one side with a solution on the other, and if you get it wrong, everyone loses time. You learn to ask better questions. You learn to qualify fast.
