Professionally, Thomas has been with Bank of America (formerly Countrywide Home Loans) since 2006 in client oriented positions. He began as a Mortgage Loan Officer refinancing home loans and home equity lines of credit from 20••••10. After the housing crisis he moved into loan modification underwriting, helping Americans save their homes when their incomes were reduced or lost and assets depleted. For the most part of the last 3 years, he has been working with loss mitigation with the Bank. Clients are moved through a financial analysis and presented options for loan modification, short sale and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, and Tom walks them through the steps towards resolution. He was recently a contractor with American Express OPEN as a Membership Consultant helping small business utilize their charge cards more efficiently. After several months with StormWind Studios, an e-learning company that highly emphasizes personal and professional development, Thomas went back with American Express on the Merchant side of the business for one year. After two years in Digital Marketing and technology, Thomas returned to where his heart is, in the mortgage industry with JPMorgan Chase in March of 2020.
