   I am responsible for management of a Sustaining Engineering Team. We support design control, Engineering Change Management, process improvements and cost reductions after initial product release for multiple locations. I also continue to oversee the development and implementation of product bills of materials, shop floor routings and general JDE system support for multiple locations. I represent manufacturing and assist in design review and product development to ensure products can be produced within our organization. We also utilize 3rd party software to perform data integrity checks to ensure the accuracy of our J.D. Edwards One World system. I would say that my group continues to be the hub of our facility and we are fortunate to be involved with all aspects of production.
