I am a seasoned professional with 30+ years of manufacturing operations and plant management experience in various sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for driving continuous improvement and process optimization, as well as for maximizing productivity and mitigating losses, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to company success throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance goals and I am adept at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure. Currently, I am the Senior Manager of Projects – Global Attractions Program with Universal Studios. Under my leadership, I oversee all aspects of program and project planning and execution, including resource/budget management, communications, and vendor relations.
