Recruitment Leader successfully managing RPO recruitment services across industries including logistics, engineering, hospitality, retail and social care. I specialise in early careers recruitment and both high volume and niche recruitment projects. Key projects include graduate recruitment for DHL, Driver recruitment for Loomis UK and hospitality recruitment for Delaware North (Wembley Stadium).One of the reasons I joined an RPO was the focus of delivering a personal, candidate-focus recruitment experience beyond what a standard recruitment agency could do. ResourceBank does this by creating a meaningful partnership with their clients and truly embedding themselves into the HR/Resourcing Team. It\'s one of the reasons awards are won but it also provides great satisfaction especially when you\'re able to improve the client\'s hiring process or support during challenging times. About Me – I value spending time with family and being an uncle to 10 nieces; Sunday dinners often bring 20 of us together around the table. I\'m also a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new places and embracing new experiences. I love cooking (and eating!) and often bake as a way to unwind. Additionally, I have a keen interest in aviation, so you might find me on flight simulators during my downtime.
