ABOUT TIMOTHY ZIMMERMAN

Entrepreneur, Father, husband, Marine, servant leader, passionate volunteer, faithful Christian, successful executive. I hold many titles and have amassed a balanced and extensive resume of experience. However, I feel the most important attributes I have become known for include integrity, dedication, strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and authentic communicator. With over 20 years of experience in corporate America, I have led teams in both customer service, sales and marketing, and product development. I attribute a lot of my leadership success in business from the experience I gained in the United States Marine Corps serving US citizens as a Heavy Machine Gunner providing a calm but efficient command of a small infantry unit with the motto: high mobility & high firepower during Operations Iraqi & Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF). Honor, Courage, and Commitment are not just words to me but are deeply ingrained in the fiber of my brand. With the many different hats that I wear professionally, I also own and operate a small business in the recreational fishing industry called Rebel Fishing Alliance. Rebel Fishing Alliance is an outfitter of recreational fishing tools, apparel, equipment, and tackle. Rebel Fishing Alliance also provides Business to Business (B2B) marketing and consulting services to businesses in the outdoor sportsman industry. I am an alumni of the Florida Gulf Coast University Veteran Entrepreneur program. I continue to enjoy consulting and mentoring other Veteran small business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs. My passion is that I am able to volunteer my time with several organizations supporting Veteran therapy and assistance as well as conservation. I\'m presently serving on the leadership team of the SWFL Chapter of Heroes on the Water. I am a local ambassador for several non-profits supporting awareness and prevention of Veteran suicide such as Kill22 and Mission22. I also hold several memberships supporting conservation such as Captains for Clean Water, CCA of Florida, The Florida Wildlife Federation, and Tarpon and Bonefish Trust to name a few.
