ABOUT TINE ENGSTRØM WÆRSTEN

Bridging the fields of management, strategy, law and communication based on my experience working across a wide range of areas, both as a leader and a business lawyer. I am driven by a holistic and contextual approach, and I believe that a clear vision and values coupled with an understanding of the entire value chain is essential in creating a corporate culture that inspires people to excel and deliver results. I love being courageous, and one of my missions is to contribute to better gender balance, more diversity and equity in the law firm business. Over 25 years of experience from various positions in Norwegian business law firms has given me solid business understanding and insight into both delivery and procurement of professional services in the B2B market. This enables me to advise on what creates value for both sides of the negotiation table. I am passionate about using customer insight and new technology to create improved services and great customer communication, and I have always enjoyed working with businesses and people, who dare to think differently, transform business models and who has the energy to make it happen.As a leader, I empower through transparency and integrity, and I embrace the “whole person” approach. I am thrilled when I can use my relationship skills, operational strength and structured approach to deliver efficient, high quality services and smarter collaboration. Continuous learning and development has been very important to me throughout my entire career, and contributing to the development of others is one of the most meaningful things I do.I am a passionate team player with a strong focus on people, learning, innovation, gender balance and diversity. I love the outdoors and enjoy reaching new peaks with or without my skis on!
