Modern leadership was not designed for human sustainability.I work at the intersection of leadership design, performance systems, and human capacity. As an Embodied Performance Architect and TEDx speaker, I challenge a quiet assumption in modern business: that human depletion is an acceptable cost of success.It isn’t.Burnout is not a personal weakness. It is a predictable design outcome.Through my keynote Designed to Break – The Future of High Performance, I introduce a systems-based framework for sustainable performance, grounded in capacity design, incentive alignment, leadership regulation, and regenerative accountability. Sustainable high performance is not achieved by pushing harder. It is achieved by designing better.My perspective is shaped by two high-performance environments: leadership and disciplined martial arts training. As a black belt, I learned that mastery is never built through exhaustion. Sustainable strength requires calibrated intensity and structured recovery.
