ABOUT TINA HERPE
With thirty years of experience as a fundraising professional, I have helped nonprofit organizations create fundraising programs, exceed their fundraising goals, and build strategic partnerships with individual and organizational donors. I have been privileged to work with dedicated volunteer leaders and donors seeking to make a difference through philanthropy. Providing training and step-by-step coaching, I have empowered volunteers and professional staff to raise millions of dollars utilizing a donor-centered model of fundraising. Through my work with a wide variety of small to mid-size nonprofits, I have conducted feasibility studies, developed strategic plans, created and implemented annual fund, major gift and planned giving programs, coordinated fundraising campaigns and events and led board trainings. This has included writing direct mail pieces, brochures, newsletters, grant proposals and outreach through social media.
