Support project managers in the development and maintenance of cost and schedule baselines, and by tracking progress, evaluating performance, and analyzing variations.• Collaborate with project delivery teams to integrate time, cost, and quality information across project controls activities, including scope, resource, change, and risk management.• Prepare and manage various project control tools such as schedules, earned value metrics, S-curves, and monthly reports.• Assist project managers in minimizing variances between planned and actual costs/schedules by identifying risks and facilitating timely interventions.• Provide high-level budget and schedule status reporting for projects over (and other strategic projects), keeping the Engineering Directors informed of performance.• Monitor remaining budgets for near-completion projects.• Track, manage, and issue key deliverable documents throughout the document lifecycle, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and security to meet regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational needs.• Oversee project closeout procedures and ensure feedback and lessons learned are captured.• Promote PMO best practices and support their adoption throughout the organization.• Develop and maintain workload forecasting through resourcing supply and demand principles.• Assist in the organization and coordination of assignments within project teams to ensure optimal performance.• Maintain project allocations throughout the assigned project lifecycle. • Develop and report on billability and utilization metrics.
