Over 8 year monitoring. Over 8 years creating and building mostly Oncology and Ophthalmology protocols. GrantPlan FMV analyst. Over three years experience negotiation Budget. Utilizing my monitoring, pharmacy and clinical experience to expedite and quickly negotiate budgets. Using my education and experience is valuable to negotiate budgets quickly. Having the on-site experience, clinical education and knowledge allows me to see the budget from all sides when communicating with sites. I negotiated a Phase I ONCOLOGY study with 28 sites having all budgets finalized in less than a month from first budget sent to the sites. My ability to get on the phone to speak with the site has been the key to my successful budget negotiating skills. Mentoring new staff. Maintaining client relations with weekly sponsor and vendor calls. Budget building utilizing GrantPlan as well as analyzing FMV for sponsors. I have attended the last CTOS annual User Group Meeting at GSK.Over 6 years of experience working as a Home based Senior Clinical Scientist on Phase I-IV Drug studies. I was responsible for tracking, reviewing and submitting all the trip reports to the sponsors. I re-distributed the sites to the monitor\'s to make the travel more cost and time effective. Being a team player utilized to assist with rescue studies/SWAT visits to ensure that timelines were met for the projects. I have conducted all types of visits from study start up, study start up, screening, audits, presenting at IM to database lock. I have helped with the creations of CRF\'s and monitoring tools to help streamline the monitoring process. Proficient with the different types of EDC systems. Excelled at training study coordinators that tended to have difficulties with the EDC systems. Selected to train new staff, and to present at investigator meetings. My personality and professionalism always builds a great rapport with the sites.
