As part of the technical development of the Yonge North Subway Extension project and Scarborough Subway Extension Project Agreement contract, responsibilities include- Client engagement regarding the development of several contract schedules- Accountable for the development of the Project Agreement, Schedule 10 – Review Procedure and Deliverables- Accountable for the development of the Project Agreement, Schedule 14 – Testing and Commissioning- Lead a team of 4 dozen engineers and architects to develop the 900-page Project Agreement, Schedule 15 – Scope and Technical Requirements- Team lead of the Systems Engineering and Assurance department- Lead author of the Project Agreement, Schedule 10 – Review Procedure and Deliverables- Lead author of the project Agreement, Schedule 14 – Testing and Commissioning; and- Lead technical compliance and traceability to various standards.TransLinkSenior Systems Engineer preparing the first phase of systems engineering and system assurance tasks focused on achieving conformance with CENELEC 50126, 50128, and 50129 rail standards for RAMS process, and supporting the delivery of the Broadway Subway Project and Surrey-Langley SkyTrain by each constructor in compliance with these standards. Responsibilities include creating planning documents for SkyTrain and safety management. SkyTrain is a fully automated (unattended train operation – UTO), CBTC system that has been in continual operation since 1986.
