Performing preliminary engineering calculations, technical studies, and field investigations to support design and project development.• Preparing preliminary and detailed plans, specifications, design documents, cost estimates, and calculations for water/wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, piping systems, and storage tanks.• Coordinating with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive design layouts, project details, and design packages.• Evaluating vendor and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with technical specifications.• Supporting permitting efforts by coordinating with regulatory agencies and preparing preliminary permit applications.• Assisting proposal teams with technical inputs for business development and new project pursuits.• Conducting field measurements and site verifications to inform and validate engineering designs.• Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS tools, and other design software for modeling, grading, stormwater systems, erosion control, and stormwater management designs.• Engaging with clients to maintain project momentum and identify new business opportunities.
