As a District Sales Coordinator, I am a team builder for Benefits Advisors. In this role, I identify prospective business clients and close on sales opportunities. I also develop and train my team to reach out to the business community and present the Aflac program. Responsibilities include leading the district in sales and growing my team, providing training and support to the Sales Associates while ensuring our sales goals/quotas are achieved. Building and maintaining client relationships through monthly communications to meet their benefit needs. Engaging and enrolling account employees in our benefits package, and continuing to service clients through ongoing consultation on topics regarding new benefit options, value added programs, etc.
