PCI brings the proven experience that comes with more than 90 successful product launches each year and over five decades in the delivery of CDMO services. 20••••24Head of ESG for a global leader in life sciences with responsibility for developing an enterprise-wide ESG program, strategy, and reporting infrastructure that meets emerging regulatory requirements, drives value, and engages team members to live, work, and lead more sustainably.20••••22Managed the corporate governance, equity and ESG/CSR programs for a Fortune 600 company with significant experience in SEC reporting (proxy statements, Forms 10-K, 8-K, 4 & 5) board operations, data management and analysis, public speaking, and engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.Founded and led an Employee Resource Group in 2018, growing to over 450 members in alignment with the company\'s diversity & inclusion strategy until my departure in the summer of 2022. He is working towards earning the Climate Change Profession (CC-P) credential offered through the Association of Climate Change Officers and plans to pursue his FSA credential through the IFRS Foundation next.
