ABOUT TIM GROSS

I am a chiropractor, educator, and healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience in patient care, clinic operations, and chiropractic education. My career has been driven by one mission: to expand access to safe, effective, and patient-centered chiropractic care while elevating the standards of clinical training and non-surgical spine management.A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, I have spent decades helping patients restore their health through evidence-based chiropractic care, advanced rehabilitative approaches, and cutting-edge non-surgical spinal decompression. I believe deeply in the body’s innate capacity to heal and have dedicated my career to delivering care that supports long-term, drug-free recovery and optimal function. In addition to clinical practice, I have served in leadership roles at Palmer College, Parker University, and Life University, where I oversaw academic affairs, clinical systems, accreditation, curriculum design, and strategic program development. My work has helped shape some of the largest and most effective chiropractic clinic systems in the world, with a strong focus on outcomes, compliance, and student development.I also bring extensive experience in accreditation and institutional effectiveness, having led multiple successful reaffirmation processes through SACSCOC and the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE).Whether working with patients, mentoring future chiropractors, or developing innovative clinical programs, I remain committed to advancing the chiropractic profession and improving the way spinal conditions are understood and treated. In addition to my work in chiropractic education, I am interested in contributing my experience in higher education leadership, accreditation, clinical operations, and organizational development to roles across the broader healthcare, academic, and nonprofit sectors.
