With a deep understanding of the marine industry and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she has guided EIMC to become a leading force in specialized professional consulting for the marine insurance community and related sectors.As the Managing Director of EIMC, Tiina provides visionary leadership, overseeing the entire operation and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. While leading her dedicated team, she remains actively involved in complex assignments, lending her expertise and still venturing out to conduct surveys herself from time to time.
