I believe strong industries — and strong communities — are built through trusted relationships, shared purpose, and responsible stewardship. As AVP of Member Engagement at AAIS, I work at the intersection of collaboration, innovation, and community across the U.S. property & casualty insurance ecosystem, partnering with insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, and industry leaders to help organizations grow, adapt, and bring solutions to market that protect people and communities. With more than 15 years spanning insurance, marketing, business development, and operations, my work has centered on one core principle:Purposeful connection drives progress.I’m passionate about fostering environments where people, organizations, and ideas align toward sustainable, long-term impact. My leadership approach blends strategic execution with emotional intelligence, relationship stewardship, and systems thinking — recognizing the human dynamics that power successful ecosystems and resilient outcomes.I’m particularly interested in advancing collaboration and stewardship models that strengthen organizations while supporting healthier people and communities.Beyond my professional role, I proudly serve as a trained WomenHeart Champion, advancing awareness and education around women’s cardiovascular health.I’m energized by work where business performance, human wellbeing, and purposeful leadership intersect — helping organizations and communities thrive today while preparing for the future.
