As Commercial Manager I\'m responsible for leading and managing the commercial activities of the Vertical Farming (Mushrooms and Tomatoes) division within Costa. Which includes developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, managing pricing and support the tender negotiation process, and identifying new business opportunities.Key areas of accountability:• Financial review and examination of the business units to assess and assist in maximising EBITDA returns and profitability for sites.• Customer profitability assessment• Forecasting and budgeting across the business specifically in relation to the development of the sales plan including tender outcomes and deciphering impact of shifts in sales trends• Provide financial assistance to all sites/business leaders as required• Providing general team leadership and management as a key financial manager• Lead business partner to the Sales and Marketing team• Lead for all yield/production modelling, and recommend which crops to plant to maximise profitability• Prepare budget/forecast/monthly commercial presentations for lead and executive teams• Guide/Mentor development two direct reports
