ABOUT THOMAS HART

I am a senior maintenance and operations leader with nearly 20 years of experience supporting aviation, facilities, and logistics operations in high operational tempo environments. I specialize in translating technical work into measurable results through disciplined maintenance programs, team leadership, and process improvement. As a U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, I oversee more than 80 pieces of aviation ground support equipment and nine facilities, leading a small team responsible for readiness, safety, and compliance. My work has contributed to approximately $18M in cost avoidance and the execution of $2.5M+ in facility improvement projects, while maintaining consistent inspection readiness and operational uptime. I bring a hands-on technical foundation supported by Department of Labor certifications in industrial maintenance, aviation support equipment, electrical maintenance, and computer operations, paired with experience managing people, infrastructure, and contractors. I am planning a permanent move to Okinawa, Japan and am actively pursuing opportunities aligned with maintenance, facilities, logistics, or operations leadership—locally or in remote/hybrid capacities.
