WORK HISTORY
Chairman @The Move To -15 C
As the Chairman of the Move to –15°C Coalition, I am working with an international alliance of committed partners to transform the global logistics landscape by shifting the temperature that frozen food is stored and transported at from -18°C to -15°C. This could save the equivalent emissions of 3.8 million cars annually with no impact on food safety, while also lowering supply chain costs and safeguarding food resources for the world\'s growing population. The Move to -15°C Coalition was established following the launch of the Three Degrees of Change report, an academic report supported by DP World and delivered by experts from the Paris-based International Institute of Refrigeration, the University of Birmingham, and London South Bank University.
