During my tenure, I had the privilege of contributing to two dedicated teams aimed at enhancing the overall TD Bank experience. The first team, known as Odyssey, focused on revamping the design to empower tellers and bankers to carry out their responsibilities efficiently. Within this team, I spearheaded the design of a future experience for the Odyssey dashboard homepage, providing TD employees with insights into their performance and customer interactions. Additionally, I took the lead in designing a seamless experience for straight-through processing, which involved digitizing all legal documents to grant users control over another user\'s account in the event that the primary user was unable to make decisions.Subsequently, due to a manpower shortage in the team, I transitioned to the Payments team. Here, I was responsible for completing the experience design for card replacement and promoting the adoption of digital cards among users. Currently, we are focused on developing an experience that allows users to track businesses that store their cards conveniently.Key Accomplishments: Achieved Project of the Year for Project Odyssey from 20••••23Achieved 11 TD Appreciate awardsAchieved a certification in a Level A Accessibility Champion
