Moreover, I organise training and knowledge-sharing sessions for incoming project team members, promoting efficient resource management and favourable project results.•Led the transition of services from traditional TDM-based systems to SDH/PDH and IP/MPLS-based fixed networks by delivering comprehensive designs (GRIP stages 4 and 5).•Led the network integration team in incorporating L2/L3 infrastructures into client operations, managing configurations and overseeing live cutovers.•Designed, implemented, configured, and troubleshot network systems, ensuring adherence to client policies, standards, and corporate objectives.•Developed and maintained documentation related to network configuration, network mapping processes, and service records.•Directed the creation of network design solutions and implementation plans in collaboration with client design teams to meet business requirements.•Managed the production of network designs, maintaining high quality and integrity through a structured peer review process.•Reviewed Network Operations requirements to ensure existing and new services were operationally acceptable for transition into a live environment.•Provided technical Tier 4 support for complex faults and network outages, working with suppliers to control and mitigate technical issues.•Initiated and led network planning strategies, focusing on regional and ring topology.•Developed high-level designs to optimize network resilience and ensure efficient data flow across interconnected networks.•Conducted training and knowledge transfer sessions, optimizing resource allocation and improving project outcomes through data-driven insights.
