My career was shaped in fast-paced and high-growth environments such as scale-ups, spin-offs, and startups. I spent over a decade at a tech company where I grew from intern to Head of Finance, leading all strategic and operational finance areas. I was responsible for FP & A, budgeting, cash flow, tax, treasury, legal, and compliance, while also supporting M&A, international expansion, and the design of the company’s first global finance structure. I reported directly to the CEO and played a key role in translating business strategy into numbers, structure, and governance. Along the way, I built and led high-performing teams, developing people and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. That journey gave me resilience, business acumen, and a solid balance between hands-on execution and strategic leadership.Today I bring this foundation into a structured global environment. I’m Finance Manager responsible for South America at a Dutch multinational present in over 50 countries. The South America head office is based in Brazil, where I also serve as Legal Representative. I lead core finance functions including Controlling, FP & A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Compliance, and Audits.I work closely with the Global CFO, Group Finance, and global directors to shape financial strategy, support decision-making, and ensure compliance. I represent South America in global forums and lead transformation initiatives such as ERP migration, banking restructuring, and site transitions — always with a focus on governance, alignment, and performance.A key part of my role is contributing to global process standardization. I help align systems, controls, and reporting frameworks across regions, connecting local execution with global expectations.I hold a degree in Business Administration from PUC and a Master’s in Business with a focus on Corporate Finance from FGV.
