Product Development Engineering Coordinator responsible for coordinating and guiding 11 engineers in the development of wire harness, high voltage cables and specification of electronic components for automotive industry. I manage the distribution of activities, control the scope and timing of projects. I guide the team in performing product development activities using NX, Zuken e3 and Teamcenter software. I am also a Product Development Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the development of wire harness for light and commercial vehicles, specialized in the management and control of product modification. I worked as a resident at clients, negotiating product changes and preparing quotations with cost reduction proposals. I worked as technical coordinator responsible for implementing new features in the harness, directly in the prototype area of Mercedes Benz Brazil, guiding the technicians for applying the changes in the harness.
