On a professional front, I\'m an HR Business Partner with experience working across industries - Banking, Professional Services, Product Development and Consulting. I contribute to the success of the Lines of Businesses I support by:{} Translating Business Strategies to on-ground People Initiatives{} Identifying gaps in organizational capabilities and designing and executing programs to bridge the gap{} Being a conduit of two-way communication between management and employees{} Playing the part of a neutral, unbiased yet interested stakeholder and in this way being a trusted adviser{} Ensuring a harassment free, inclusive and engaging work environment{} Seamless execution of HR processesOn a personal front, I\'m an eclectic mix! I am someone who loves connecting with people and also spending time recording macros on a spreadsheet; someone who is a stickler for details and also someone who can add a dash of creativity; someone who can be approached with the silliest question and also with a highly complicated request; someone who gets cranked up at the thought of designing and delivering a workshop and also someone who would like to sit through one to learn as much as possible. I\'m passionate about training facilitation and presently working towards inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) into mainstream workforce.
