With over two decades of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, education, leadership advisory, public health systems, public policy and strategic planning, I currently serve as CEO at Umane, a leading organization committed to improving and advancing public health in Brazil. My work aligns deeply with Umane\'s mission to promote health equity, improve primary healthcare systems, and address pressing challenges such as NCDs and its risk factors prevention, as well as the well-being of women, children, and adolescents.
